what i bought in berlin

Berlin wasn't supposed to be a shopping trip. But the sales were happening. And then I walked through the duty free. So, yeah, I ended up getting a few bits and pieces.

First, I got two jumpers. The left one is a dark navy sweatshirt from & Other Stories (I adore that store....!).  It has a subtle woven print of the zodiac signs around the neck, which I think is such an interesting detail. To the right is a white cable knit from Mango. Simple but lovely. I've never before seen the point of buying sweaters in the summer, but I've more and more realised that it's actually quite smart to take the chance and buy them half price in the summer sale. I also bought a black lace skirt from Urban Outfitters, which you can see on the top of the cable knit on the first pictures, but which I couldn't quite capture on camera by its own. Sorry...!

I found the cutest little notepad in a small store in Friedrichshain. I always jot things down and write lists, so notepads are always useful to me. In the duty free shop at the airport before going home I spent some time hovering around the perfumes and couldn't resist buying this cute collection of the Marc Jacobs fragrances. I've wanted one of these for years but I've never been able to decide between Daisy Eau So Fresh and Honey, so I thought this would be a nice way to try them all out and then maybe invest in one of them later on.

And oh, just look at them, aren't they so cute? I adore them.

My bank account is much emptier now, but it was worth it. I'm rather chuffed with my purchases!

Love, Mimmi.
